The new battery did not seem to help, my starting problem. I will try Fred's WD-40 tip 1st. I am not sure how to check the generator charging rate. I do have a mechanic friend here in town, who has owned several Model T's & A's, who I will talk to as well. I really appreciate the help from you all, and I will keep you posted to my progress, or lack thereof. Thanks, Tom
