Have you isolated the frequency of the chirp to the engine revolutions or wheel revolutions? If it coincides with the freq of the engine revs, could be something rotating at the freq of the eng.,ie,fan belt, dry c'shaft seal etc. If same as the wheel freq it could be anything associated with wheel revolutions from a bad wheel brg. to dragging brake shoes. If the freq doesn't match either, it could be a sheetmetal squeek at a particular vibration freq. Sometimes they are hard to find. Have fun

P.S. Dont forget to check your lug nuts. Loose or cracked wheels sometimes squeek also
