Dennis, I have a pressurized radiator that I will soon be installing in my 1929 Coupe. I'm not sure why your car is losing water, but I was told not to use a greater than 4 lb. cap if I was using a stock water pump, because of possible leak problems through the packing area. I assume that you do not have original tubes in your radiator. They will not be able to handle any great pressure. I'm planning on installing a overflow container. You may want to look at past entries about radiator overheating for ideas. I don't think your problem is in the pressurized system, but could be something like the overflow pipe not being the right height or a clogged radiator or bad coolant, etc. Hope this helps, Neil
