Tune up

What is the best book for a meticulous step by step nothing left out to complete a quality tune up. I mean down and dirty! Everytime I do this I miss something or forget a step. If we have a tune up specialist out there who could refer or better yet itemize the steps to the minutiae even better! It would probably benefit all on this Board! I hope! Especially Dummies (Capital "D" ) like me!!!
