I'm glad the simple fix worked out for you. I bet you had a great weekend didn't you? Probably slept like a baby too!
I forgot to mention that in my particular case I had to make a shim to fit between the ratchet nut and pully assembly. If you ever need to do this, a brass thrust washer from a 2 tooth sector housing (Steering Box) is almost a perfect fit. Sometimes the ratchet nut won't push the pully back far enough before bottoming out on the crankshaft. Although this doesn't seem to apply in your case, others may need it in the future.
