Travel / Accessory trunk measurements?

I wonder if I could impose on one of you out there to head out to your car and measure up the travel trunk.
I plan on making one out of either Oak or Cherry wood and would like to know: width, height, depth, and on the latch side, how far from the bottom (or top)the opening is. I note from photo's it appears to be on a bit of an angle, so perhaps measurements from the front and back would be preferable - to the opening slot.
