Front wheel shimmy

My 30 Tudor has recently been rebuilt, front to back.But at about 35 mph I get a very pronouced shimmy.We have checked the wheels and alignment.Some say that a loose ball on the wishbone will cause this phenomonon.Does anyone know if this is true?
