Jim,
The transmission will leak an insignificant amount of lube while driving.If you have leakage while parked then the trans is over filled.If there is noticable loss while driving then the oil baffles are either installed backwards, or missing.There were a few changes/improvements made in this area detailed in the Sept.'29 Service Bulletin.
