Don,

As Rick mentioned, the original spec was 19-11/16" to the center of the bumper. With original tires, previously unused front spring, frame, and bumper arms, my Roadster measured exactly that (to my surprise). There are variables however in modern tires, replacement front springs, etc.If you have Firestone tires for example the height would likely be increased by about 1/2".

I took a measurement from the floor to the lowest point of the front frame horn and came up with 17-3/16".It appears the safest reference would be measure to the bottom of the lowest point of the front tip of the rail and add 2-1/2" to find the proper bend of the bumper arms.Although the height of the rear of the car would vary the difference slightly it will be insignificant.

Good luck,

Marco
