Here in Texas plates bring a high price beacuse they can be used on one's car, must be matched sets (front and rear), and are in very high demand.I know of individuals who pay $150 to $300 for a nice reastored set.I purchased a set (1930) at a meet last week (asking price $95) for $50 and will spent another $50. Having them restored.28 and 29 plates are easier to come by then 30 or 31.Happy searching.
: I am looking for a original license plate for my commercial model AA truck. I have been to some antique shops, etc. I have yet to hit any swap meets. Where can I find a nice plate and what should I expect to pay for a nice 1928 plate.
