Dave,

I found that the best way was to remove everything inside the door first, regulator, opening mechanism and felt channels. Then put the glass in first with the metal chanel on the bottom already in place. The door opening mechanism has to be installed before the read felt channel. Then the felt channels are installed, the front one first. You may have to move the window up and down to get the rear channel in. Also I bent the lower clip on the channels flat and inserted them in from the top. Once it is in the clip can be bent back. It would be esier if the clips were installed after the channel was in place. Next put in the regulator. Make sure that you connect it to the lower metal channel on the glass before you put in any of the screws that hold it in place. This is because you will need some extra movement to get the ends of the regulator arms into the metal channel. Then screw in the regulator. Simple, no but it worked for me.

Bob
