From the limited description it could be anywhere from $1500 to $6-$8000.That would either be a 155-A Town Sedan or 165-A three window Fordor (standard). The most important thing to look out for these is the condition of the door and body wood.Open each door and grip the upper and lower corners of the door and twist the door (push in at bottom and pull out at top, etc.).There should be little or no movement.Very slight movement can often be corrected by tightening of all the joints.Inspect the visible wood on the bottom of the doors for physical damage and rot. Also inspect the parimeter of the floor including behind the rear seat cushion (lower) for any wood rot.Inspect the drip rails above the doors for any signs of pulling loose and the parimeter of the roof fabric for signs of bad wood.

If the seat fabric is merely sun damaged, the it's possible the wood is farely sound. If there is any water damage then there is likely severe damage to the body and door wood.If all the wood were to need replacement it will require a lot of time and talent, or a lot of money!!!

Realistically it sounds like $3000 - $5000, but a detailed inspection is truly needed to determine the actual condition.

Good Luck!

P.S. I don't want to scare you from it, but make sure you understand the importance of the wood on this body style.
