What"s a fair price ?

Looking at a 1929 model A sedan with a Murray body.
Car is 95% original and mechanically sound.
Body has never been repainted, has some surface rust.
Needs interior redone, material on seats is rotted.
44,000 miles and 3rd owner.
If i would put tires on it i could drive it home !
What"s a fair price ?
