Pep Boys (if you have one in your area) sells a Group 1 6voltBattery for 39.95.if they don't have it in stock they can order one for you and have it within the week. Check with them to find out when there weekly store order comes in. Interstate also sells a 6 volt battery. Check the date code on the side of the battery for freachness. The first letter is the month and the number is the year. exampleC8 would be March 1998. Good luck.......Mike
