Manifold Installation

Does anybody have any experience using the copper clad maifold gaskets?Are they better than the steel and asbetos substitute?What is the proper torque for the manifold bolts? I am having trouble finding the correct torque.Also any precautions during installation.I did have the manifold surfaces ground flat. Thanks,John
