engine restoration on a "30" A

There sits in my garage a 1930 "A" that has been dormant for 20 plus years.The engine has frozen up long ago.I'm interested in any advie I can get on rebuilding, restoring, replacing, or etc? to get et on the street again.I want to drive it but I don't want to morgage my first born to get it done.What would your advice be?Big job, or minimal to get the interest up again? I am looking forard to what everinfo. you can send my way.Thanks.........
