Need PPG Paint Formulas for 4 colors

Hello,
could anybody please give me the PPG or dupont
formulas in acrylic lacquer for the following colors
mahogany base coat
ford maroon
vermilion
i have the model a ford paint & finish guide that
contains all the chips; however, my local paint dealer
is unable to match the chips since he doesn't
have a computer.the only other dealer in town
won't match chips that are smaller than 3" square
(anybody know why??).so, it seems my only
recourse is to obtain the formulas myself
and take these back to the paint dealer in
order to get the paint.
could someone please help me out?
