Centari is a brand name of Dupont. PPG paint dealers have the Model A formulas for lacquer in their color library and can convert these to acrylic enamel. I don't think Dupont has thelacquer formulas. These formulas cannot be converted to Urethane products. For urethane they must be color match from a chip or original paint.
