4.50-4.75 x 21" tires

I have a question on the availability of this size tire in U.S./Cda. When I had my 76-A restored in 1988 this tire was shipped by a distributor, and two others replaced around '92.
I wish to replace another pair, but can't find a source.
They were New Zealand-made Firestone tires. Other than Henry specifing the 4.50-4.75's for taxi use, were these sizes added when cars were exported ( KD or BU )? Would that explain why N-Z produced replacement tires of this size?
Any ideas - or sources? Roybb
