Restoring a 1930 Model-A Truck

I am in need of technial help in restoring my 1930 AA Truck Serial #3316640.It is a 1 1/2 ton 131 1/2" wheelbase with a closed cab and paltform body.I need information on how to remove the dash panel and gas tank as well as info on the dash wiring.Is there a good resource, book, or person that could help me with my project?Thanks!
