Brakes the way Henry made them

I have been professionally restoring Model A Fords for the last 22 years.I have been using brass impregnated linings for the service and emergency brakes from the beginning.I have recently found that they seem to be less and less available to others I have talked to.I can sell you these original style brass impregnated linings professionally rivited onto the service shoes ($35 per wheel) and emergency bands ($85 a set). Both are mounted on sandblasted, primered and painted original shoes and bands. I also have a .030 shim for the more severly worn drums. The above prices are exchange only.I also set up new cast iron drums pressed on good hubs with new lugs. This is also an exchange item on the hubs which must be in good usable shape.E-mail me and I'll get back with you on the particulars.
