According to Ford literature, the indented firewall started in March 1931and was in full production during April 1931. It is also known that existing stocks of flat firewalls were re-stamped to add the indentation. So the I think the earliest of indented firewall cars likely had the re-stamped firewalls. I know of one slant windshield with the re-stamped firewall.
I have compiled lots of data about survivingModel A Victorias and from this I know that the Victoria was in production as early as June 1930 even though it was introduced for sale to the public in September 1930. I suspect that an inventory of slant windshield Town Sedans was built before the car was introduced to the public, so your car could have been made in late 1930 or early in the 1st quarter of '31 while the flat firewall was in production.
