Quoting from Chapter 22 of the MAFCA/MARC Judging Standards and Restoration Guidelines on page 22-1

All rims must have tires.Check for a matched set of tires on the wheels... Tire makes used by Ford were Firestone, Goodyear, Goodrich, United States Royal, Ajax, and Fisk.No whitewalls were installed at the factory...

Since it's near impossible to find NOS tires that are safe to be used, the currently available Firestone and Goodyear tires are a safe bet.If you have welled fenders, the Goodyears seem to be a tad smaller in circumference and fit better.Just get four of the same brand and make sure they have 1/8" minimum tread and are free from excessive weathering and age cracks.
