WHAT IS IT? 4 prong fingers in Light Switch Body

I have a Feb 1929 Tudor Sedan that has 4 prong inside light switch contacts that touch the dimpled surface of the round light switch block. These 4 prong contact fingers turn with the light switch spider. I have no parking lights in my light reflectors. This switch is useless to me and I am going to replace it. Can any of you guys out there tell me what this is? Is it an early 1928 set up? The body looks very original and fits well together. The replacement Light Switch bodys that I have seen have only three contact points inside the light switch body. The bottom part of this body has a flat bottom and seems to be the short body that Walt Bratton describes in his catalog.
