1928AR Sports Coupe info

My uncle has an oppurtunity to purchase a reasonably priced, mostly restored 1928AR Sports Coupe.Our problem is that we know very little about this body style and have had little luck even finding a picture on the web.
Some questions are: What doe it cost to restore the fabric and wooden top of these cars and who are some of the suppliers of these items?Are there differences between early 1928 Sport Coupes and later 1928/29 ones? This is also a Canadian car, any further differences?What was the purpose of the Sports Coupe, did it originally cost more or less than a regular coupe?Today, Sports Coupes do not seem as common, are they rarer or just less collectible?
Thanks for the help, I realize that these question may be terribly simple but judging by the activity in this question room I thought it would be the best place to get a straight answer.
