Anthony, Very interesting. I think the response to your question of how could people afford gas during the depression is: Most could not afford to drive their cars and put them in storage. When the depression was over, they either got the cars running or bought a new one. This may account for why there are so many Model "A"s in relatively good shape around today. Dave. |
