: I was wondering if this group could help me
: identify a couple things.

: First:If I have the engine or frame number can I determine what type body was on the frame I have?

: My car has a two tooth sector gear in the steering box.I assume this is a 1931.I was told little about this car as I purchased this rolling chassis from a parts dealer.

: Second:I intend on turning this car into a driver.I do not have a body for it at this time. I am considering a standard roadster from Brookville.Any thoughts or ideas on going this route?

: And Last would a book on judging standards help me in choosing the color scheme for the interior, top, and body colors.

:
: Thank you in advance for all your help!

Craig;
The Model A paint guide from MAFCA can point you in a general direction of the color you want to paint your car. However, those tiny little paint chips don't look exactly as the paint will on the car. Maybe an auto paint store can take a paint chip and give you an example of what the car would look like. Good luck.
