Overdrive Identification

A previous owner installed an overdrive on my 1930 Tudor.I need to find out the manufacture for preventive maintance.The markings on the overdrive are RIOK-1 over W.G. DIV This unit is located between the transmission andthe differential. Many thanks to the Pro's, Tim Wildey
