Just a thought about your problem.About two years ago I bought some new-in-the-pack war-surplus Firestone plugs that were made for export to Russia.These plugs looked like the 3X plugs normally found in Model"A"'s but performed terribly.We were ready to overhaul the engine when we decided to try an old set of plugs.The change was miraculous!I now only use the Champion plugs but have heard recently that Champion 16X works excellent.Change plugs!
