: *I will look & see tonight if their is water in the oil

: *I Don't know if their is a main bearing seal

: *I will look & see if their is evidance of water
: comming from the back of the head.

: *I don't know to take up the play in the crank

: *Their is a 1/4" hole at the bottom of the bell
: housing with a cotter pin that has been opened
:through it. A little of the oil has dripped
: from their but the most of the oil/water has
:dripped from the nuts/studs that are on both
: sides of the rounded cup like thing that is
:under the tranny.

: This was my 1st run in it. My Grandfather would take it every quarter/year to his model A meetings. He was planning on taking it for a 150mi ea. way trip before he passed away last month. After I parked the truck I took off the radiator cap to check the level, water was still circulating after I turned off the engine. It was not boiling, But was about 2" lower then full from when I started out. The next morning On the garage floor the oil and water was mixed approx. 80%water & 20%oil the oil was in a paisley patern. I drained the radiator from the engine end of the lower tube into a bucket and teir was'nt any oil mix in the water.

: This is all I know for now and will fill you in with what I find tonight.

: Thank for the interest.
: Jeff
