Nickel plating on the closed cars windhield slide arms

I read on page 12-9 of the standards that the windshield slide arms on all closed cars were nickel plated. I also see on page 12-6 that the 1928-30 Standard Coupe used Bright Nickel finish. Can anyone out there confirm this for me?
