Assuming that the grease is coming out the wheels, then since you have to pull the drums anyway to do anything, just replace the bearing seals in the drums and that should take care of the problem UNLESS there's alot of wear on the axle housing races in which case any seals will be ineffective. Are you sure that you're not carrying too much oil in the rear end??
