crankshafts

I am about to tear the engine down in my 29 A tudor and I know that the crankshaft has already been taken down .030 on both the rod and main journals. Is it safe to take the crank down beyond .030 ? Also is there a source for new crankshafts or can the journals be built up and then reground. Thanks for any help Charles Saxton Cohasset MN
