OK, more info: Bands were only factory applied to the Town Car, Town Sedan and Cabriolet. Dealers *could* add them to the other models w/ the 'hidden tank cowl' (hmm, what's left, just the fordor, I think). The cowl lights were the standard issue, which will fit the standard cowl, but require the inner brace addition, I believe. They just go through a hole in the side panel (BELOW the tank seam!!! ) Which has a rubber grommet to seal out rain, etc.
