i know of three switchesthe first was a early part that had a knurled fitting and no bail.the second (the one i need) is used with the short cap and has two dimples on the side of the upper housing and a long alignment slot and removeable parts.the third used with the longer lower housing doesn't have the dimples and the alignment slot is different. there may be more after that that i'm not aware of. i have the upper and lower housing but i'm missing the internals.i'm also in need of the bakelite for the wiring harness used in 28. if you have or run across what i need let me know.
i agree on the repop stuff. why go to the trouble of tooling and manufacture and then produce junk?makes no sense to me
