Good Morning Marco,

I've heard of people stuffing steel wool into the filler to catch the oil droplets. As oil collects in the wool it will drip back down in.Others have mentioned this is a HUGE mistake as in affect you're making the engine virtually air tight. This in turn will stop the oil from lubricating the main bearings primarily the rear main.I thought that a copper frying pan scrubber would be a feasable solution. Its course construction would allow it to catch and pool oil as well as allow air to pass by for the engine to breathe. What's your take on this controversial solution.

Regards,

Kevin Daly
