My 1928AA flat bed is a lot of fun to drive except for one thing....Its slow. The speedo says were going almost 30. I read in one of my old A books about a dual high for AA trucks. It appears to me this was more of a means to gear the truck lower for pulling more weight up a incline. This obviously was a added extra from the factory as I have not seen one in operation. Is there a means of makeing this 'ol truck go a little faster? We dont want to break any speed records, but we would like to arrive home before the sun goes down after a drive to the grocery store in the a.m. Thanks guys, Larry |
