Kevin,
Do you have questions on Automotive Painting ?. The man with the answers is Len Stuart from N.J.He has over 30 years of experiance in the field and paints show cars today. He produced an excellent video for the novice painter called Spray Painting 101.I purchased the 2-hour video as a basis for automotive painting.Check out his web site and ask Len your questions. He also sells painting equipment and supplies.

: Hi Folks,

: I want to do some touch-up work on my coupe's paint job.I know what finishes SHOULD be on the car but based on the previous owners previous mechanical blunders, he may very well have painted the car with interior latex paint and a roller! Is there a quick test that I can perform on an inconspicuous area of the body and fenders to tell just what I have. Also how much touchup paint should I have blended? Is there a typical minimum batch amount within the automotive industry? What could I expect to pay for one body and one fender batch.I would expect I'd only need 7-10 ounces of each color. Thanks in advance for your help.
