I don't know that there was ever a "stock" pressed steel pully on the "A" generator.
The pully that you mentioned with a spacer is most likely the A-10130-B which was announced in the Service Bulletins in April of '30. It superceded the A-10130-A (which had a longer hub)for production and was used with the A-10144-R Spacer on older generators with the 7/8" long taper. The generators with the short (1/2") tapers were announced at the same time.
