pulleys

What were the dates for using the cast iron and pressed steel
pulleys? Also I have a cast iron pulley with a spacer bt. the pulley
and the bolt which is also slightly smaller in diameter than
either the other cast and pressed pulleys. Finally, I could
never get the aftermarket pulley to ever work on any of my gens
has anybody else had a problem?
