Wood Graining

Some where...I left myself a note! But after 20 years it seems to have dissapeared. Can anyone tell me what colors and how much, you're supposed to mix with linsead oil for doing the wood graining on the dash and window reveals? I seem to remember using a tan for the laquer base, and then mixing Rust, Brown and ? (possibly Black) with the linsead oil. Can anyone help me with that mix? Thanks for any help.
