'28 Model A Roadster

A friend called me about an alleged unrestored '28 roadster that is for sale. The daughter of the 2nd owner said that it
had been stored inside for over 50 years and is not running.
I hope to take a peek at the car this weekend.....
....Can it be turned into a '28 open cab pick-up, without much
difficulty? What would be a reasonable price for her to sell the car? Being a 30-31 buff, I really don't know much about the market for the earlier Model A's.
