Radiators

I just purchased a 29 Model A Fordor.I have some questions about the antifreeze.
If I drain the radiator, How much antifreeze should I put in?I believe it is a 3 gallon radiator.
Should I fill it to the top when cold?.
Also, I would like to know if the oil levels in the transmission and rear end should
be filled to the top of the filler holes and should I use the same 600 weight gear lubricant in
both the transmillsion and rear end?
