roof mouldings for 29 town sedan

I have aluminum roof mouldings which trim out at edge of vinyl roof. The aluminum is difficult to mold and what's worse it is shipped in a coil! HELP! It's so mangled and bent I wonder if it can be salvaged. Any hints on how to salvage and apply?
