What pick-up do I have?

Purchased a Ford Pick-up originally thought to be a 1932.
Now seems to be a 34 or 35. Serial numbers on the engine
(flathead V8) are 27721 or 43959 (not sure which is correct
number). The frame has BB18T on it and 1194805*. Any ideas
what we have here?
