I have just finished doing tha exact thing and had some
problems figuring how to do it. I removed the arm then placed spring on, the straight end with slight offset go between
the radis arms the put the arm back on. I used a screwdriver
to pry the hooked end over the arm and it worked fine. The
hooked wire is also another way. Make sure the left and
right springs are on the correct sides and the arm is pulled rearward. Hope this helps you.
