I just went through the same problem for my '29 Tudor.I limited the side to side runout to 1/8 inch max.The up and down all came within 1/16, for the four on the raad and 1/8 in for the spare.You want to be sure and check the center section for cracks where the spokes are welded.Hope this helps.
