I'm currently rebuilding a front suspension for my tudor. Most of the drive-in types of zerks twist out pretty easily.Be careful of any that have been replaced with threaded types. You will probably see that on the tie rod ends and drag link.

Anyway, I take a pair of pliers and grasp the Zerk from the side as though I was going to unscrew it.Then just twist like it's threaded. Most times they come right out.Of course you need to get new fittings as you will probably deform the old ones. This method works pretty well in case you miss a fitting that has been threaded (it will just unscrew).
