Model A Frame

I have a frame that seems to be a little odd.The angle brackets that are riveted on the side rails, that the rear cowl bolts anchor to are approx. 23/8 in farther back on the
frame thannormal. All the rest of mounting holes & running
board brkts. seem to be OK. The first #'s of the serial #
aren't readable, so I don't know what year it is. The emg.
brake cross shaft is the later style with the arms outboard
of the frame. There is no indication that the brackets
have been moved.
Anyone have any ideas on what this may have been from.
