Rick,
Thanks for taking the time to research the S.F. and Richmond assembly plants and sharing the data and your pictures with us. I don't believe that Richmond plant produced many cars as Ford was gearing up for Model "B" production. I would be very interested to know if there is a body assembly plant number stamped into the body cross member of the Richmond Roadster.
If they allow you to take a look, I would be grateful to you as I have not equated the Richmond plant to its letter code. The 1931 production figures I have list 23,177 cars being assembled at Richmond but I feel they have also included figures from the S.F. plant production.
